At Alexanderlix, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our furniture products. Your satisfaction is our top priority. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully to understand your rights and our process.
Returns Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order.
- To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- In their original condition and packaging
- Unused, undamaged, and free from any stains or marks
- Complete with all original accessories, manuals, and parts
- Note: Customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Non-Returnable Items
- Products marked as “final sale”
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper assembly, or wear and tear after delivery
- Furniture with visible damage caused by the customer
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our Customer Support team within 30 days of delivery by emailing us at support@alexanderlix.com or calling +1 804-660-2567.
- Provide your order number, details about the product(s) you wish to return, and reason for return.
- We will review your request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with instructions on how to proceed.
- Do not send back the product without prior approval and RMA number.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or shipping error on our part.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
- Please securely pack the item(s) to avoid damage during return transit.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 2 business days to the original payment method.
- Shipping fees (including original and return shipping) are non-refundable except in cases where we made a shipping error or the product is defective.
- If the product is not in original condition or missing parts, a partial refund or rejection may apply.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
